Standard Registration – Storyteller

$3,995.00 Standard price. Applicable 2/16/24 and after.

Retreat Dates: September 10-16, 2024

First payment: $200 Deposit begins application process.

This locks in your pricing for the Stories & Songs Retreat. After you have made your deposit, you’ll receive an email with the application form. Please answer all Stories & Songs Application questions and attach to a reply email within 48 hours. You will be notified of acceptance within 7-10 days. Upon acceptance, you will make your second payment to secure your spot in the retreat (see below). Deposits are non-refundable upon acceptance. If you do not turn in the application within 48 hours, your spot may be released.

Application Note: We will review applications on a rolling basis until the retreat is full, after which we will begin a wait list. What we are looking for in your application: writing level, goals, craft strengths and weaknesses, your process (if you have one!), and a short writing sample. Think of this as a residency application. *Work generated with AI will not be accepted.

Second payment: $1,332.00

Upon application acceptance, you will receive an invoice for your “Second Payment.” This should be paid immediately to secure your spot.

Third Payment: $1,332.00

You will receive an invoice one month after your second payment.

Final payment: $1,131.00 (Reflects $200 deposit).

You will receive an invoice one month after your third payment.  Both deposit and retreat payments are non-refundable. 

Note: All payments must be complete by May 31, 2024.

If you register in April: Deposit + 1/2 registration (2nd payment). In May, you will pay the remaining half.

If you register after May 1, your registration must be paid upon acceptance.

Travel Insurance

*We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for international trips once you have begun payments on the retreat. [AAA is a good place for advice/purchase for Travel Insurance.]
