S & S Romance and Cookbook Writer Sherrie Hansen in Explore Big Sky!

Writers Sherrie Hansen and her husband Mark Decker have joined us in Italy and Montana for the Stories & Songs Writing Retreat. Sherrie, as author of 22 books and counting, brings quick whit, cheeky humor, and thoughtful ideas to both our Storyteller and Songwriter tracks. This past September, the Stories & Songs Writing Retreat gathered in Montana, offering a Day Pass to local writers. Happily, we attracted journalist Rachel Hergett to our workshop. (We were delighted to have her, if only just for a day.) Rachel and Sherrie clicked immediately. What materialized from the food writer connection? Rachel wrote a lovely article for Explore Big Sky featuring Sherrie and her cookbook, a recipe collection from 30 years of running the Blue Bell Inn Bed & Breakfast and Tea House. We’re thrilled!
