$995 non-refundable deposit required to hold your retreat spot. (You may also pay in full at time of registration.)
Paying balance: You can pay balance in full at that time or no later than 2/1/26.
If you register on or after 2/1/26 when you register, you must pay in full to secure your spot.

*Note: The earlier you register, the higher you are on the room list. The Villa rooms will be filled first, followed by the attached Frattoria. All rooms either have ensuite or private external bathrooms. Villa guests have expansive views of the estate. All rooms are furnished with authentic antiques, period paintings, and family heirlooms. Castle grounds include common areas: library, living room, the terrace, and estate grounds.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility needs, please include this as a registration note. Understand that Spannocchia dates back to the 12th century and there is one flight of steps to the rooms in the Villa and the Frattoria.
